Discovery
Start your work with one of our seasoned coaches. During 3 sessions, you will explore the results of your assessment and leave with a better understanding of your strengths, what motivates you and the behaviors you adopt at work.
Leader by choice
Designed for leaders who have been promoted within the past two years, this 12-session package is designed to last six months. Your coach will accompany you as you navigate and grow in your new role, and will also meet with your manager twice. You'll explore the results of your assessments, digging deeper into your strengths, behaviors, motivations, and emotional intelligence, with the goal of applying your knowledge to increase your success in your new position.
New Leader
This package is for the person who wants to take a leadership position. During 6 sessions, you will begin a reflection and your transformational journey, which will allow you to become a better Self-Leader by choice, to know yourself better and to learn how to learn to do different for different results.
Experienced leader or manager.
Work with a coach as you set goals, overcome challenges, and increase your self-awareness. Established in six-month increments, your coaching relationship and meeting frequency will be determined by you and the coach, and will include a roadmap, regular sessions, and a full debrief of your assessments. The investment depends on duration and frequency.
